When purchasing items from us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

For security reasons we can only send items to registered Paypal Addresses.

In the event of any stock not being available you will be informed and asked if you would like to wait for the item to become available or get a full refund.

All refunds will me made at the earliest time possible and at present can only be handled through Paypal.

We can not he held responsible for delays or in postage or any losses as a result of these delays. No compensation will be paid for late deliveries.

We cannot offer any guarantees that items will reach you by a specified date.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages or defects to products. After this time your refund may be rejected at our discretion.

You agree that delivery charges include postage, Packaging, administration,Ebay and Paypal fees for transactions and currency conversion charges and that the cost paid is not the same as the cost marked on the packaging by any postal service. When buying you are in full agreement of this.

Returned items MUST be in original packaging and in the same condition as you received them in.

Failure to adhere to this will result in your return being rejected and sent back at buyers expense.

You may cancel your contract with us up to 14 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund of the purchase price only if in accordance with our refund policy.

Any refunds given will be minus our shipping/packaging fees for items marked with free shipping.

If you want to cancel your contract with us you must contact us through Ebay to start the process.

You must also send back the item promptly within 14 days in its new and unused condition complete with original packaging and pay for any postage costs.

All Postage costs paid are non refundable under any circumstances.

You agree that items may be opened by us to check condition prior to sending which sometimes involves unpacking/re-packing.

Any UK shipping refers to UK Mainland only. If buying from areas that incur extra shipping fees for example Northern Ireland, This will have to be met by the buyer including any associated Ebay and Paypal Fees for the extra amount.

Any damages to items not in our or our postal companies possession will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and the buyer will be charged for those damages accordingly.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process

Though we en devour to ensure images are accurate, there may be slight variations in colour and style.

If exact colour of an item is important then it is recommended that you view the item in person.

No responsibility can be taken for colour mismatches.

If an item is returned due to a colour not being as expected then all postage costs for sending and returning items are payable by the customer.

If the postage service has charged you a fee to collect your item, this is normally due to lost labels. We will agree to reimburse this fee to the customer and claim it back from the postal service providing an image or scanned copy of the receipt for this payment has been emailed or sent to us. Any other costs such as traveling costs are not our responsibility and must be claimed back from the postal service involved.

If an item does not reach you in a timely manner you will need to wait a minimum of 3 weeks for UK and 10 weeks for overseas deliveries before we can process any refunds. Many items get temporarily lost in the post only to turn up later on.

When ordering clothing products, Our description of size is as marked by the manufacturer and we cannot accept responsibility if this is not accurate. While we are happy to change items for different sizes, all postage and packaging costs for returning items must be paid by the customer. Please consider this carefully when buying from overseas.

You agree that products may differ slightly from the pictures shown on our listings and that all sizes are taken as approximate.

Where an accurate size measurement is needed you must contact us for confirmation.

We can not be held responsible for size inaccuracies unless we have confirmed the size in writing and it is found to be incorrect.
