My item was shipped out fast but got lost in the mail. (Our regular postman is out on medical leave and we have large community style mailboxes in my subdivision, so no telling who got the patch). After contacting the vendor, I got an immediate email response, a promise to re-do, and I received the customized replacement patch in a matter of days. Excellent customer service!

I wanted to pay them for it and so they said order it and type DO NOT SHIP. That's what I did. Then they shipped the second one... See ? I only paid for one. I returned second patch. DO NOT REFUND returned patch please.
