    After placing order, vendor requested VIN number to confirm that I was ordering the correct part. It was determined that this item was not the correct repair part for my vehicle and the appropriate part number was provided without requesting this information. That indicated excellent customer service by the vendor, as the vendor's response alleviated the unnecessary shipment and return of the incorrect part. Vendor processed an immediate refund. Very satisfied with this experience.

    The pictures of this item were very clear and focused so I could see all of the details on the item being offered for sale. By close examination of the photographs, I was able to determine that this was the item that I wanted to purchase from the seller. The price for the item was very reasonable and so I decided to use the Buy-It-Now feature and purchase the item right away. The item was shipped without delay with tracking numbers and arrived very fast. I would recomend this seller.

    Item was as described. Fast shipping. FedEx left the package at the end of the driveway on a rainy day. The box was wet, but the seller had wrapped the electronics well inside so that it did not get wet. Unsure as to why FedEx left the box in the driveway instead of on the font porch. Haven't had an issue like this with UPS or USPS.
