Seller took offence and asked if I was accusing them of sending an empty package. I replied that I did not accuse them of anything…just that there was a hole in the package and no product was in it. Asked them to either give me a refund or send a replacement. Never heard from them again. Terrible customer service!!!

It takes a whille to arrive because it ships from Lithuania, but that's clearly indicated in the listing, so no suprises there.
