Hi!The item's in perfect condition and packaged at the post office by the employees. The vinyl is the first vinyl shipped from our web market - the office did not notify us of any packaging details about vinyl. The employee simply stated that the best the office could offer for vinyl was the packaging that was there. This situation was out of our hands and according to the photographs, the item is not all damaged except few of the bends at corners. The item works well. If not, simply ebay text.
