No effort was made at all to help protect my photos for shipment. Both photos in their eBay listings show them in hard plastic top-loaders in "Mint" Condition which the photos were taken out of or removed from the top-loaders for shipment & put in a baggie then shipped in an envelope. Literally the thing made that could have protected the photos during shipment were kept out for whatever reason by seller. Seller did offer return & partial refund but asked what I wanted & I told them but that wasn't available or an option & on their own decided I should get a partial refund & keep the damage Photos which who wants damage Photos. Seller never even confirmed or asked if I was OK with a partial refund & keep the Photos, they just did it on their own. F-
