Shipping --- We offer three shipping options for your convenience: economy, standard, and expedited.
The delivery time depends on the destination and the manufacturing location of the product. On average, economy shipping takes about 20 days, standard shipping takes about 15 days, and expedited shipping takes about 10 days. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. However, we usually deliver earlier than expected.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays due to pandemic restrictions or holidays in China. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible and provide you with tracking information.
Returns --- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons. These include personal care products, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and face masks. We cannot accept returns of these items unless they are defective or damaged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it to ebay method of payment. We also do not accept returns of items that have been altered, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
Warranty --- We do not offer any warranty for our products. However, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our return policy for more details.

Taxes, Import Duties & Exemptions --- Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As with standard international practice, you as a buyer or importer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing any order with us as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Although small parcels rarely attract taxes and import duties, every country’s rules and regulations are different and may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for any such tax exemption limit.
European Union VAT & IOSS --- The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use since 1 July 2021 to comply with the VAT (Value-Added Tax) e-commerce obligations on distance sales of imported goods.
From 1 July 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU from a third country or third territory is subject to VAT irrespective of their value.
The IOSS allows suppliers and electronic interfaces selling imported goods to buyers in the EU to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities, instead of making the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU.
VAT payment is applicable only to purchases made by a buyer within the EU and for goods valued at less than EUR 150.
Goods that are shipped in a package amounting to more than EUR 150 will be taxed at importation instead. Limit each of your purchase orders to within EUR 150 to avoid customs delay and detention.
