I wish the item box was shipped in an exterior box, but in the end, all the pieces on the inside were intact and exactly as described in the listing. However, an essential component, which was in the listing, was missing from the box. I reached out to Indy Pioneer Sales, and they got back to me within 24 hours and quickly rectified the situation. I appreciate great customer service like this and I'll be checking this seller out for future purchases.

A hose retainer clip was missing. Seller asked if I wanted to return it or get a partial reimbursement. So, seller made it right.
