Seller was able to offer a refund of the broken panel and we have a functional monitor again. No defects, scratches, dents, etc. on either panel from manufacturing. Seller was quick to ship, tracking stayed up-to-date. Seller is recommended.

They listed the "make an offer" feature for the item but in all actuality weren't willing to haggle the price down of the charger more than a dollar, which is kind of pointless to offer the feature if you don't negotiate fairly. Overall I believed I paid too much for the item but it arrived when expected and in good condition.
