It was just as pictured and described in the posting. Original manufacturer's packaging was included. Pricing of the pen and shipping were fair and reasonable. The Parker pen was as expected, a nicely made pen that feels luxe despite it's price point. Communication was unnecessary due to seller's efficiency and the quality product on offer. Seamless transaction, will buy from again!

Unfortunately the two I got were bent and with different handles than shown. The seller communication was superb, and they discovered the manufacturer had changed out the wrenches for a new style without telling them. They initiated a return, at no cost to me, and refunded my entire amount--and apologized for the issues. This is a top notch seller who got stuck, but made it right. I would buy from them again. AAA+++

Shipping was slow using DHL which is always slow, but with free shipping, can not complain. Listing has typo, not pk but pc, meaning single piece is sold, not a pair. Removed 1 star only because supplier changed model number of item without informing seller, even though both are same UPC code. Seller went the extra mile to try to resolve discrepancy, but item was still acceptable substitute, good packing. Satisfied with order.
