The fitted sheet had no elastic and I contacted her to report this and, apparently someone else had packed and sent it to me without looking at the sheets. I really needed and wanted the new flat sheet, so I asked her to refund half of the sale because the fitted sheet was not useable, and she immediately agreed, which was great.
