    One of the worst experience buying on eBay with this seller. First off shipping took way to long. Secondly the seller sent the wrong DVD. Then the seller made it seem like it was my fault cause they sent the wrong item. Then they acted like it was eBay job to send my refund... I would avoid the seller at all cost...

    There was communication throughout the whole transaction. Buyer was expecting a return when item was not yet received, which obviously goes against any return policy. I encourage this buyer to educate themselves on how returns are handled on eBay before leaving a negative comment.
