    Item exactly as described, seller gets high marks for description and communication. Unfortunately, USPS service would be better if they didn't exist. I actually live less than an hour's drive from the seller's location, somehow the USPS managed to take more than 3 weeks (22 days) to deliver the package. This package could have been delivered literally over 500 times. USPS is far, far worse than incompetent. Hatred isn't nearly nasty enough. Blinding rage.

    Very fast shipping,  the Plugs were the wrong size but the seller refunded my money very fast without me even asking for a refund. I wanted to send them back but they didn’t even want them back. The product is good quality, not cheap brittle plastic like the typical. Seller had excellent communication and responded very quickly to my messages. I would recommend this seller from my experience I don’t believe you would ever get ripped off. Thanks for your honesty

    This supplemental manual was missing from my Tahoe when purchased. Glad I could order from Factory OEM Parts LLC. Great to get new OEM manual! I would recommend this vendor to anyone. Thank you for shipping to Canada. In general, Ebay shipping costs are too high and inconsistent across the different vendors. From what I understand, it's mainly an Ebay issue, not a vendor policy. At times, the shipping costs eliminate any chance of purchasing an item. Very unfortunate.
