The total shipping cost showed a total of £3.69 on the shipping cost .Use eBay SMS to contact the owner. Inquiry about the refund arrangement. The owner did not reply. It makes me feel that the owner of the goods is not complying with eBay's regulations. This is the first time I have encountered this situation. I hope eBay will deal with it seriously.
