  Item was posted quickly, and as described. What I really appreciate from the seller is that the sax was absolutely perfectly packed, with lots of bubble wrap both inside and outside. As a result, a fragile item arrived with no damage at all. A highly recommended seller. Glad to see the sale benefitting a very worthwhile charity. Cheers, guys.

  The item arrived a little damaged, but useable. When I reported this in feedback the seller contacted me, offering either a return and a full refund, or a 20% refund and I keep the item. I felt this was very fair and accepted the 20% refund as this was a fair reflection of the value of the slightly damaged item. I was very impressed by the quick response and the resolutions offered. My refund was processed immediately. Would definitely recommend this seller.

  Arrived quickly and in advertised condition. Packaging was okay but cardboard was much smaller than magazine so my postperson folded the large envelope and forced it into the mailbox. Fortunately no damage was done to the magazine. I would recommend writing on the outside of similar envelope/packages, "Do Not Bend" or make sure that the cardboard is as big as the magazine to keep it from being bent during delivery.
