He said “The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.” This is not accurate. The DVD player doesn’t work and 3 of the 6 RCA jacks don’t work. I spent hours trying to make this item work. I messaged the seller on August 13th and he has mot responded. I am asking eBay to step in to get this resolved.

I had to purchase the correct part from Rocky Mountain. The part number from Rocky Mountain matched the part number they had listed and written on the bag but the parts were totally different. If they had contacted me to correct this issue before buying it somewhere else I would have gladly fixed the issue, but as I said they literally just sent me a message telling it was wrong and they got the correct one. Not sure what respose they were looking for here. Negative feedback on an $8 part hardly worth it to me but ok
