    The BenQ DLP Projector 3000 I ordered was just as described. The folks at Tekswamp answered questions I had prior to ordering, and their prompt feedback helped me make a decision. The projector was initially out of focus, but a quick turn of the focus lever made everything right. Their suggestion that I hook up the projector to a DVD player with HDMI was very valuable. Since my DVD player was outdated I ordered a Best Buy open-box Sony HDMI DVD player for $30 that is great with the BenQ.

    There was a slight hiccup in shipping but was instantly taken care of from customer support. Have not even received the item yet but instant response and handling issues right away is something you don’t see from a lot of customer support situations so this seller gets a 5 star from me!
