    Ordered a bespoke design to fit my room quickly organised and a bespoke link sent through to complete the order. Rail arrived on time good comms from both vendor and carrier. Very well packaged and protected. Exactly as ordered really solid and nicely finished rail in powder coated black. Good product and service received.

    You see something advertised as industrial most times it’s rubbish on this occasion it is ,the quality of this product is as it should be ( excellent) the packaging again on the money overall a extremely high quality product and excellent service,I’m honest and very outspoken in life .as mum used to say ( to the point of being rude ) I am ,so this description of mine is as honest as I can be without swearing because I would have said it’s f,,,,,g excellent

    Ordered 2 x flanges, with were advertised with free postage. I purchased the items, then received an email demanding £6 for postage. They claimed that the items had been dispatched, I waited for delivery, but they never arrived , in truth is they had not been dispatched they waited for me to complain so they could refund me and renege on the transaction. Communications were none existent very poor company ,Buyers Beware.
