Got in touch to request item I ordered (A6) to be sent out. After discussion about it, they agreed to send out again snd keep first order. I received replacement quickly with tracking which was helpful. However, packaged in black plastic shrink wrap directly on the items didn’t protect the flat pack boxes from being slightly dinged in the post but useable this time. Thank you.

I purchased 3 boxes, the first delivery had one broken box and lid. The replacement delivery of one box had a broken lid and it was very much a case of third time lucky as the third delivery of a single lid arrived in good condition so full marks to the seller for patience and perseverance all dealt with in super quick time.
