The only negative thing I can say is that the packaging was a bit lackluster considering that it was being shipped all the way from Japan. The console was wrapped in bubble wrap which is good, but it was then stuffed in to a flimsy FedEx envelope rather than in a cardboard box which would have been more appropriate for this kind of device Fortunately, my order arrived undamaged.
