I purchased a Stanley cup from this seller, which arrived with defects: red marks on the silver edge. I contacted the seller with detailed descriptions and attached clear pictures of the defects. Initially, the seller offered a return for a refund. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning the item, so I suggested a partial refund instead. To my relief, the seller agreed to this and provided a partial refund. Overall, the seller was considerate. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

I received my item just as described I’m very pleased with it. It had a little tiny scuff on the lid but the way the box was destroyed I’m surprised there wasn’t more.
