    The post office failed to scan the package for tracking when this seller shipped it. USPS tracking showed they received shipment notice but were still waiting for the package. I mentioned to the seller that if the tracking doesn't show the part is on the way I would have to return this one if it arrived and get another one faster. This seller completely understood my situation! Part arrived. USPS screwed up their tracking. Buy from this seller with confidence! Great communication! AAA++++

    Item was shipped and received QUICK. It was a used part so unfortunately it did not work with my fridge. I only sent ONE message to the store owner to discuss what to do and without hesitation they told me they sent a refund my way. Seriously FANTASTIC customer service. Even though things didn't work out the owner made sure that everything was solved. I would definitely recommend buying from this store!
