    Ordered 4 pairs of these, they all arrived in one package.Didn’t like them so requested return. I was sent 4 separate returns labels, so I packaged them together in their original packaging (like they were sent) and returned them on one returns label. I have only been refunded for one pair which they took the cost of that returns label off. I am still owed the full cost of the other 3 pairs. I have contacted them and sent returns receipt but heard nothing. Not good service.

    Terrible experience with this seller. I have tried numerous times to contact them about a refund but they do not wish to answer my messages. The seller received two returned items and have refunded me for only one item. When I ask for an explanation for this, the seller does not respond. The early messages I did receive were insulting and the seller accused me of lying. I have been using ebay for years now, and all of my experiences have bern positive, but I have never come across this before.

    Item did not arrive for two weeks (not sellers fault) but after chasing it up, seller sent out new one which arrived quick so I recommend this seller as they are quick to resolve issues.
