Why do too many eBayers open a box, put the item in the box - and then put ALL the packing material only on TOP of it? Doesn't protect the one side of the item that is resting against only the cardboard. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but because of this can only give 4 stars. Please place packing material on all sides of the item so it is protected from impacts regardless of direction.
