I was confused while activating it because it kept telling me to insert an AT&T Sim card. I have a sim card from another carrier. Was a bit frustrating. I reached out to seller and they gave me simple directions. I skipped through the initial set-up and then inserted the Sim. It worked! I appreciate an honest company and the great customer service. Thank you so much !!
