    This delivery is slow,circumstantial and primitive. The tracking was full of false and misleading information. The package was managed by 6 companies, the package was at 8 locations. All this slowed down the delivery a lot. There were 4 tracking numbers and a waybill number. The tracking marked the package as delivered at all companies' locations. Especially Yunexpress éa DHL is a very weak company.The weakest company is Hungarian Post /Magyar Posta/. FREE shipping from China is much easier and

    Ebay handled the international shipping complained about here. It has nothing to do with the seller. Even so what's the point of telling us about how poor Hungarian shipping is.

    Plates arrived full of crazing. Double checked listing. Confirmed no indication of defects. Contacted seller to advise & they apologized &asked me to return them for refund. Seller didn't ask for photos! Promptly returned with tracking and insurance. Reached out twice to seller to confirm receipt.NO response! Checked tracking and confirmed they had been delivered to seller.Relayed this info to seller & asked when I'd receive refund. NO RESPONSE! Don't buy from this seller! See other neg rating!

    The plates were in fine condition and exactly as described in the listing. The listing is still up---anyone can see the complaint is groundless. None the less, we immediately agreed to a return, and it was paid in full. We responded to all messages received. Why the nasty attitude? Just what is really wrong here?
