    First item I received was packed well and product received matched description on Ebay website. However, when turning on LCD screen was damaged to the screen itself. Was apparently damage during shipment, though was packed excellent. Customer service as great with seller to resolve issue. Great communication and service from receiving a replacement very quickly. Recommend seller!

    Awesome seller always makes any issue better and is able to solve it without stress or any difficulty also shipping is very fast description is accurate product is of quality and prices affordable and competitive I'll be ordering again also have saved as favorite seller so I would prefer to order from here even if it's few dollars more but typically he's got the best price anyway so that's not even an issue! 5/5

    It would have been nice if the original seller included the replacement adhesive tape for the LCD. But hey, for $130 cheaper than Lenovo wanted I can't complain. Thanks a bunch. Monitor was packed really well, and worked exactly as advertised. I ran all the tests after it was installed. Couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend, or purchase again if I ever needed to. The shipping was lightning fast as well
