    Due to a miscommunication, I originally received the wrong watch. But the issue was easily resolved and I had to wait a little longer, but it was worth the wait. My watch arrived in mint condition considering its age and in great working order. I’m very happy with my purchase and with the way this seller handled my request quickly and without any issues.

    I requested 2 crystals for watch repairs and the seller sent me a good one and part of a piece of glass (broken), I contacted him and sent a picture of what I received and he accused me of breaking it trying to install it, I mean as if I were inventing this for a couple of dollars, that was shocking, and he totally refused, apart from that the thickness of both glasses was not what I requested, he sent me 2 units of 0.9mm and I ordered one of 0.9 and 1.2mm, The worst seller I encountered in eBay

    Thanks for the Photos you have sent to verify your purchase. We ship crystals out in a box to avoid any possibility of damage. Far to many buyers and novice watch repair guys break crystal during the install and will blame a seller to recoup their repair costs. Measure correctly and you will only need to do it one time and order 1 item instead of two. Will definitely end all communication with this buyer going forward. Good luck on ebay.
