The Battery was brand new! The price was great but the battery was not the exact size of the battery for my motorcycle. Shipping took longer than it said. It said delivered even though the battery did not get delivered. But it finally made it. I be explained that to the seller and they gave me a full refund and the seller told me that they would give me a discount on another battery. The are very friendly. Will do business with them again. Not the sellers fault completely with the shipping!

I bought from this seller previously. Item was as described. Item was shipped the next day. The delay in delivery was not the sellers fault. (USPS fault) Seller reduced the price (much appreciated) to make up for the delivery error. My UPS fired right up after installing. No more annoying beeping! 4 star rating because this is a battery. The fit and hook-up was perfect. Hopefully it will last for a good while. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

The seller was a pleasure to work with and promptly shipped the battery I ordered. Their shipping partner, Amazon Logistics, either stole or lost the package. After close to a month, I informed eBay that I had not received the item. The seller then shipped another battery via USPS, which I received in a few days. The seller responded to and resolved a problem, not of their making to satisfy a customer providing truly outstanding service.
