DISSAPOINTED, initially orders packaging 10m thought i would receive the roll shown in the picture but only received a small amount of bubble wrapped in a small plastic bag, the seller kindly allowed me to return and refunded me, however i did contact customer support who did NOT take ownership of my request for help and fobbed me off with "look on online"i wrote againand asked for more information, again no help, i reodered but found the size better but width too narrow! poor customer support!

We buy this item regularly from this supplier - however, on this occasion the quality of the bubble wrap was well below that usually received. Flimsy, thin and the bubbles were hardly bubbles!
Hope the quality improves in the future or we may have to look elsewhere! Shame as usually okay and delivery and price are good.
