Well I knew this was coming, this seller is already a known scammer and has done this to many sellers. I honestly do not understand why ebay allows buyers like to keep their accounts. A package research case was filed on the item in question with USPS and it was delivered over a week ago. Ebay did not step in, that is yet another lie from this buyer, he will receive a refund and gets to keep his stolen game.
