    Communication from the seller was quick and consistent when i reached out to them - however they were not pro-active in this space….very re-active especially since they needed to have multiple shipments for the piece to finally arrive - I would have figured with the difficulties with the shipping/delivery part of the process they would have kept me more actively up to date - also shipment was thru USPS which was very poor. Tracking the package was not possible as the tracking # never uploaded

    This is a great trim cap kit but not what I wanted/needed. This is not a replacement of the OEM part...there is no way to connect these pieces to the softtop. It is a substitute, not a replacement of the original trim kit. Eventually, I did negotiate a refund minus the $50 I spent for return shipping. I asked the seller to update the listing to make it more clear...both the description and adding close-up photos. I am pleased that I am getting most if my money back.

    I bought the wrong one by mistake and the seller canceled the oder after I let them know. Good communication. I ordered the correct bumper from them and it arrived and is fitting nicely. Took a little less than a month to get it.
