  The item was listed as brand new never opened, when arrived it was obviously used with broken parts. However, leaving positive review because the seller was extremely quick and polite to fix the situation! Very good seller, I genuinely believe it was an honest mistake. Even though it is difficult to fix these issue from China, the seller was quick to make the situation right. Will for sure purchase other figures from them again and feel safe in recommending in spite my problem!

  Got the statue with no issues so I highly recommend this seller. Obviously with the language barrier there may be some slight confusion in the messages, but they respond within 1 to 2 days. Also once you order an item it takes up to a week for them to ship since they're pretty busy I assume. Overall a good experience and I will order from them again!
