The jewellery I sell is costume jewellery and all the stones and metals are non precious. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
 
Postage - I will post purchased goods within 1 working day. If this is not possible I will email you straight away to advise you when the goods will be posted.
 
Returns- I am happy to accept returns . Please notify me within 4 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be made as long as the item is in unused condition. Please open an EBay "returns case".
