We offer a clutch guarantee of 2 Years / 30,000 miles, whichever is sooner on all of our clutches. We’ve provided fitting videos to ensure the best practices are used when fitting.
 
1. Warranty Periods
1.1 Two Year Warranty: Clutch components are guaranteed against defects for a period of 2 years or 20,000 miles (30,000 kilometres) whichever is sooner, from date of purchase.
 
2. Our Guarantee
2.1 We will credit returned clutch parts under our policy.
 
3. Warranty Terms & Conditions
3.1 The complete kit must be returned as supplied, via the product distributor, with the cause for complaint, full vehicle registration & vehicle details clearly stated on the accompanying paperwork. 3.2 There are no claims for any labour charges or additional costs. 3.3 Any credit issued under the policy is done so in full and final settlement of the relevant claim. We will not accept any claims for labour or ancillary charges made in respect of the parts returned. 3.4 Our policy covers defects caused by material or manufacture only, and not general “wear and tear” from a normal working life. Parts considered by us to be worn/old units that have had a normal working life will not be covered. 3.5 We reserve the right to reject claims when damage has occurred through incorrect fitment, handling, misuse, abuse, vehicle modification from original specification and any form of racing activity which can be considered outside of normal road use. 3.6 Our warranty applies to all clutch parts correctly selected using the latest catalogues (including electronic and third party catalogue systems authorised by Syncro Clutches to carry our data) or are selected via a cross reference which has been supplied by Syncro Clutches. 3.7 Product should be fitted in a recognised garage or workshop according to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification. 3.8 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
 
If a returned warranty is deemed to be void due to an avoidable external factor which has resulted in the perfectly good clutch being returned under warranty, or one that has been damaged by external factors beyond the control of the clutch – then we will provide detailed feedback of our findings to our customers.
 
The feedback will consist of an examination report, test machine printed reports, technical service bulletins and detailed photos whenever relevant.
 
It is our sincere hope, in providing these examination reports, that our customers will learn what has been done incorrectly when the returned warranty is examined and awareness of any unacceptable fitting practices or vehicle faults are commonly identified at an early stage. This will break the cycle of repetitive clutch replacements when the underlying cause of the complaint lies elsewhere.

    Ordered item beginning of Feb & requested return at end of Feb as no longer have the vehicle.Return refused but contacted seller & they agreed to refund if I paid for postage/repacking/testing out of refund.Tried for a few days to return as it still said refused on eBay actions.Contacted a week ago asking for help to return it & sadly no reply.The item was exactly as described.
