Once you buy or bid on an item you are binding into a legal contract and accept the following terms:
 
 
Delivery
 
- all items paid by 1pm are dispatched same day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)
 
- standard delivery option is Royal Mail 48h, but Royal Mail 24h and Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery are also offered - please choose during check-out
 
- we normally only deliver within the UK. For overseas delivery please use the “Ask a Question” link in the relevant listing to contact us
 
- although we dispatched same day all orders placed and paid by 1pm, we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as this is dependent on the courier or delivery company
 
- most of our parcels arrive between
 
o 1-2 working days for Royal Mail 24h
 
o 2-3 working days for Royal Mail 48h
o next working day for Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (when ordered by 1pm)
 
 
Returns & Refunds
 
- returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after the item has been delivered; in the case of items delivered non-recorded the last estimated delivery date will be used as reference
 
- when returning an item seeking a refund please ensure that the item is in its original condition: unused and in original packaging
 
- only the price of the item will be refunded (this excludes postage charges incurred when returning an item)
 
- the refunds will be made using the same method used when buyer paid for the item (most of the time via PayPal); refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the goods
 
- if the item was damaged in transit please refuse the item and contact us as soon as possible; in this case the item will be refunded in full once returned by Royal Mail
 
 
Exchanges
 
- exchanges are accepted in the case of items with multiple variations (different colour, size etc)
 
- the cost of returning the exchanged items is the responsibility of the buyer

    Prompt dispatch, pity Royal Mail didn’t deliver package within their time frame. Good communication from seller. Perfect that I could order individual coloured stickers for my project and great value with the offer. Item as described and excellent Would purchase again if I rerun the event the stickers were needed for. Bought 9 individual colours so a lot of feedback to leave as it’s asking for feedback on each pack.Didn’t think there could be quite so much excitement over a colour dot sticker ;)

    Wow what a superb service. I messaged the seller saying I needed this delivered for Saturday for my granddaughters 16th birthday after placing my order on Sunday. As I’ve said, Wow it was delivered safely on Tuesday Morning just exactly as described and ordered. Fabulous keep sake for my Grand daughter to have from her cake. Service above and beyond. I won’t hesitate to use these guys again in future, highly recommend. Great price too. Thank You so much for everything. 😄❤️

    The item arrived quickly and is pretty good quality for the price. Decent packaging. The only downside is that the folder seems to be too small to fold the bottom of the tshirts. Good seller overall.
