Those actions made all the difference and I would buy from her again. Outstanding service! Package was delivered on time in excellent condition. The skort fit but there is a pucker on the left side of the skort and it looks strange. I am unlikely to wear it. My only issue is I wish the seller would have disclosed that. HOWEVER, they quickly refunded my money, AND went above and beyond, in explaining the situation, even offering to help me find a suitable replacement, elsewhere. Changed my rating to positive. Item description could have still been more accurate, but communication was 5-star. Wish there were other ways to rate 5-star, as well. VERY PROFESSIONAL resolution efforts - Would happily work with them, again!
