Our Shipping Procedure
All goods are normally shipped within 2-5 days of receiving an order payment. Payment is not requested until the order is ready to dispatch. Payment is made by PayPal and we will release the items on receipt of payment. We keep items reserved for up to one month, after which time the order is cancelled if no payment has been received.

We retain proof of any items purchased. Items sent by recorded delivery are insured up to £27, items sent by registered delivery are insured up to £2500.

    as described, would have liked to see a 'fragile' warning on the package, as the postman simply folded it in half, and shoved it through the letterbox!
