    This figure is exactly as described, and was shipped by the seller amazingly fast! It got to the eBay International Hub very quickly, and then got bogged down for over 2 weeks, between processing by eBay and then by DHL, so in the end it took over 3 weeks to arrive. However, that was certainly no fault of the seller, and when it finally arrived it was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this seller. A-1! The eBay International Shipping program, however, gets a "D-"
