Faulty Goods:

Faulty goods must notified to us within 14 days of delivery and will be collected, repaired or replaced, and redelivered free of charge. Please note: at our discretion we may decide to issue a full refund instead of providing a repair or replacement.

This item was exactly the right lead however I did have to send it back because I wanted the whole Charger and not just the lead . After calling them they provided me with the correct charger and they refunded me within two days, which was excellent service would always shop with them again . Very pleasant
