Product is a great way to save money by not having to replace the whole cable. I’m sure it works great in other models but If you have an F56 (Mini Cooper) it will have to be done on the vehicle & it isn’t easy, clamps won’t work... I used a hammer and a 1x1 cut to length to hold it in place. It is now fixed and I’m happy as could be.
