      Ordered a non working NAD T785 AV receiver. Shipment received was as described and well packaged. Unit had prior settings from previous owner. After consulting the friendly manual, the unit was reset and sound out was confirmed as working. Less work for me in terms of repair. Great Seller!! Thanks.

      I was sent the wrong item, but the seller paid for return shipping and is providing a full refund which I appreciate. Communication could have been better, but at the end of the day, they made it right. I would buy from this seller again.

      This seller is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I received the shelf, in just a few days, wonderfully packed. Sadly it did not fit our rack, and honest to God, they let me return it!! When they didn't have too! Every eBay seller needs to model themselves after this seller. We will look to them in the future for anything else we need in the future, even if its a few dollars more, it would be worth it just for the integrity of there word.
