I contacted the seller and let him know what happened amd he was kind enough to send me two repla event spool holders, just incase the new one breaks on its way. I would absolutely reccomend buying things from this seller.

They sent another machine right out before I sent the other one back. They also think enough of their customers to use UPS where you get the machine in a couple of days instead of 1 1/2 to two weeks. Sewing machines are their business and they stay on top of things. They also have instuctional videos on YouTube about various sewing machines that is very helpful.
