The parcel was taking a little longer to arrive in France (nothing different from the usual) and the seller proactively contacted le saying they'd be sending another on their expenses. Delays are not unusual when shipping to Australia, but only understood the issue when they explained it in a message. So hats off for that ! That is some customer service !!! Hard to find much of that in the Post-Covid supply chain. Very thankful to them and certainly buying again !
