The condition is correct the amount of coins is correct. The packaging is in original government form but just taped together and thrown in a envelope. It did not say in the description if it would or would not come in an album as shown in photograph. I guess my expectations were incorrect that it would be and album. The pricing of the product was fair more than likely,I would not order anything from the seller again.
