Seller was incredibly responsive to questions before purchase. While the box it came in WAS shaped like the column with some clever tape work, I figured I would expect some packing of some kind but I can understand because it’s a flippin steering column. Did come with a few notes on the side to be careful with the package (for the post man) which was nice. Good experience all around!

It wasn't exactly plug-and-play. In all fairness, seller offered to take the item back, but I persevered -- after an hour or so of tinkering (I had to replace four bulbs and straighten a couple of pins), now the instrument cluster works exactly as it should and the price was right. Seller is a five-star eBayer and is highly recomended!
