  Had some issues with a shipping eta much longer than projected when I purchased the part. I I had some issues cancelling my order after getting 3-6 week shipping eta, but I was eventually able to get things straightened out. I spoke with multiple staff who all took ownership of their mistake, and they refunded my purchase. They seemed sincere in their apologies and seemed sincere about making changes within their company to prevent future issues like I had. In the end they did right by me.
