I had these shoes in my cart and they sent me an offer that was way below retail. I jumped on it thinking they had been sitting on this pair and wanted to move them. Well, turns out his offer was a typo and messaged me letting me know of the mistake. I told him he could cancel if he wanted, but he honored the original offer. This was a really cool thing to do and he has a life-long customer because of it.
