    The item was packaged very carefully and arrived quickly. Unfortunately the mug had a small chip in the glaze on the inside, which I believe the seller was unaware of, but once I contacted the seller they were quick to respond and offered a full refund on the mug. They were very kind and easy to work with, and I would still highly recommend them as a seller who stands behind their products and buyer satisfaction.

    I ordered the November 22, 1969, Ann Arbor, Michigan, Michigan Wolverines vs. Ohio State Buckeyes DVD, but I was mistakenly sent the 1960 Pro Football Title Game, Philadelphia Eagles vs. Green Bay Packers DVD. The vendor very kindly instructed me on how to print a return label for a free return. After I returned the item, the vendor very quickly refunded my money. I very much appreciate that the vendor keeping in touch with me throughout the return/refund process, which went very well.
