In this day and time it is hard to find a positive experience with customer service. With that being said this seller has a very fast response and is more than willing to make things correct if there's an issue. My product was received and a great time and was packaged well protected the driver could have backed over it and I believe it still would have survived. Very pleased with my experience through this vendor and highly recommend

Item was delivered in exactly the condition it was photographed, and the accessories were in great condition. Unfortunately, I missed seeing a broken part on the action figure, as the description only included a general "standard wear from use and age" disclaimer on the listing. Upon more diligent review of the photographs, it was visible, so my advice is to review all images very carefully. I still recommend this seller, as the items are exactly as pictured, and the pricing was very reasonable.
